There is a poncho at Banana Republic that I want to buy but it is sold out in my size. I've been looking at it for a while and I am so mad at myself for not ordering it sooner.
Does anyone know if their items that are sold out are ever restocked?? I am hoping that they will before Dec 24 so I can use the darn coupon code (hitting my head against the wall here for being so dumb!!). Is that possible?

I havent called them yet at all - its sold out online - I wont be able to get into a store until after the 18th because I have finals now....they do phone orders? Do they take coupon codes with the phone orders?

Did you ask them to call other stores?? I once had them call 3 or 4 stores to track down a particular pair of pants. If they have them at another store they will ship them to you for free.

Georgia-Call Banana Republic Customer Svc. and ask them if they have any in stock. I did this with the Gap the other day. I wanted a pair of sweatpants that went on sale but they were sold out online. WHen I called to inquire about them, they had 2 pairs left in the size I needed and I was able to order over the phone. They told me that once they get down to the last pair or two they usually will post it as sold out online.
