Question about bidding

Me and DH have been looking for a home mainly in the whitestone, north flushing area, but OMGGGG are they so expensive!

Last night, we made a bid on a home in North Flushing - the real estate said it was kinda low and probably would not stand much of a chance.....but we made a binder and our offer stands -

Question is:
I wasn't too fond of this real estate agent, do u think she will show the seller our binder offer?? Is it the law to show the seller of the home all offers??

The agent wouldn't make us negotiate with the seller and told us to work with her which I found a bit sneaky!

I mean - how do u know that the real estate actually presents your offer to seller??

Re: Question about bidding

Legally all offers need to be presented to the homeowner. They can accept, reject or counter offer, but it needs to be presented.

Re: Question about bidding

She wants her commission, so it would be in her best interest to follow through. Good luck!
