Question about broker fees

If a house is on the market through a real estate agency do you have to pay a broker fee as the BUYER of a house or does the SELLER pay the broker fee?

it depends, if you are working w/ a buyer's broker than you have to pay the buyer's broker. the seller pays the listing agent.

the commision is factored in when the list price is set, so essentially YOU are paying the listing agent's commision even though it is the seller that hands over the money.
