I was just thinking how nice these look but...are you only able to order them last minute, after you've gotten all your RSVPs? Otherwise, what if you hear certain people are coming/are not coming last minute?
If you are into DIY projects I saw sheets of velum that are cut to fit votive candles. You can order the votives before hand and when you know who is coming you can print out their names and table number and attach the velum to the candle.
i did them , & I did not print them unitl i gave the hall my final head count,, hth
just an FYI - make sure with ur reception hall first that u can use them! I almost bought all the stuff to do it and my mom was like 'u may just wanna call & check before u spend the money'....of course i rolled my eyes at my mother while calling - but guess what? JT wouldn't allow them! They said they no longer let brides use them because of insurance reasons and fire risk!(ie drunk guests carrying them to the reception room is what he told me lol). so just double check before u get ur heart set on them!
