If anyone has this, how do you reset it? I am borrowing my cousin's monitor but she cant remember how to reset it.

Do you mean reseting after a new user or just reseting when you get AF? When you get AF, the next morning press the M button until a number 1 displays. If you forget you can do that up to day 5. Make sure you set it within a 3 hour window of when you will test. For example, if you plan on testing at 9 AM every morning, then set the monitor then and you can test between 6am and noon. If you do this correctly, you will see the low fertility bar .
They also have a helpline. 1-800-321-EASY Mon- Fri 830AM-5PM. Maybe they can send you an instruction booklet.

thanks, I meant resetting for a new person. We called and they just said to keep the batteries out over night and it should erase the old memory.
