I am about to sign a contract for our cocktail hour jazz trio, and it says on the contract that I agree to 'provide food and drink' for the band. They are only playing for our cocktail hour, so they will be there from 5-7....should I specify on the contract that this does not include them eating dinner (dinner will not even be served at that point)....how does this work? It's not like they are going to be eating food at the cocktail hour, so what food am I agreeing to provide them with?

seriously - that is what I have been thinking - I should ask to get it removed from the contract (I mean, they can have drinks, but no food - come on..too expensive)!
