when we booked our florist several months ago we left a $300 deposit. We never signed anything that said it was non-refundable--actually we never signed anything at all. The 'contract' isnt actually a contract...its more of an order form.
Anyway, now we're looking at anther florist b/c we've had way too many problems with this one. Has anyone else changed florists and been able to get their deposit back?? Do you think we have a good chance at getting ours back??

there is no reason why you shouldn't get your deposit back...especially if you didn't sign anything...besides they usually don't do anything flower wise until the month of your wedding...we almost cancelled our wedding and when we contacted our florist they had no problem refunding us our deposit

Can you FM me the florist? I had the same problem and NO I did not get my deposit back. Supposedly I have 'credit'

NFW told me when I put a deposit that the $$$ is 100% refundable up to 30 (or maybe 60 days) before the wedding.
