all of the above - plus additional fees if you decide to go over the tmie frame specified. Any special requests you may have like special cocktail hour music or something like that.
ok. all of that is in there (inlcuding the dj's name, all the fees for additional time and the mini set up for the CH, and the give aways), except the time the dj is supposed to show up. There is a time for the reception on there though.
I think mine only has a reception time as well, I'm sure they will be there to set up before hand but if you don't feel comfortable without it in the contract ask them to write it in
