My FH and I met with them yesterday. We loved their albums and what we heard. Here's our problem... recently, we went to a wedding where the photographer and videographer were not fluent in English so it was hard to understand them (very hard). FH and I are scared that (because the owner was difficult to understand), the photographer and videographer will be difficult to understand and we want things to go as smoothly as possible (obviously). If anyone had DUET do their wedding, please let me know if their photo and video people were fluent in English. If not, were they easy to understand? I booked with duet!!!i have alberto as my photographer and we took our epics about 2 months ago..no problems with communication what so ever..he had no accent at all and was very easy to work with!

We're also using Duet and although Eric is a little hard to understand sometimes, I have complete faith in Alberto and Duet!!

we booked alberto and he speaks perfect english he has NO accent

lol. My FH said the same thing when we met with Eric. He is the only one that we had a hard time understanding so you should be ok.
