wow! that is such BS! I'm sorry, but that's very unfair of Duet to do that to you! if they cannot accommodate your new wedding date, they should at least refund most of your $$ back.

to answer your question, I would ask for more than just your average e-pics. I would ask for enlargements, etc.

what about video? can they do just the video portion of your wedding?

for that amount leena, yes!!!

ask them to give you enlargements, copies, etc. what are they gonna do with that money anyways, since you're not using them???

If they couldn't re-book the date, they have to re-coup something. Having said that, I would make a list of pics you want give it to them. $1250 is a ton of money for e-pics so a beefier package is in order. I would negotiate this until you get what you want.

You should try to find out for sure if they re-booked your team. I bet ya they did! Then, it's a whole other story especially since you were going to go to them for your new date.
