Question about earrings

I want to wear earrings for my wedding, but one of my holes is stretched out (not torn all the way through), and doesn't really hold earrings very well. I wanted to get it repaired, but I was told it's between $400 and $800 for just one earlobe!!!!

I guess I have 2 questions about it:

1) Does anyone know of a doctor who performs this service for cheaper?

2) Does anyone know of a place to find clip-ons that are not hideous or for old ladies?
