question about entrance to reception and songs.....

First, what song are your bridal party walking in to and then you and the new husband? We have a band so I feel like that makes it harder. Also, when do the bridal party dance with you? And do they have to? Do you usually play another slow song after your first dance? Totally clueless. Please help.

BP is walking into 'I'll Be There For You' (theme song to Friends) and we are walking into 'Rollin' (Limp Bizkit). We will start our first dance by ourselves and then the DJ will invite our parents and BP to join us. After cake cutting, we will have our spotlight dance where it will be just us.

we had the BP walk into some wrestlers' theme music (we're big fans) and DH and I walked into John Hiatts' 'Thing Called Love'...they played our song (Have a Little faith In Me), then another song we got to choose ( a slow one- 'I could not ask for More by Edwin McCain) so that all the guests could join in

The song Thing Called Love....has that been a remake? If it is the same one I am thinking, it is upbeat? Maybe it is not the same one..hmmm..

Our band is playing Walking on Sunshine for the BP. For us it will be My First My Last My Everything ( i think this is it, just had a brain freeze!) Im not sure which band you have but with ours they sent us paperwork for song selections for everything like 3 months before the wedding with suggesetions to help you choose if you are unsure. Maybe your band will break it down like that for you too.
