I am thinking about booking Flowers by Burton. I went to see them over the weekend as was very impressed, particularly with pricing! I want all Mini Callas and they definitely came in at the right price (about half of what other places wanted to charge me). My question is did anyone use them in the past? Any problems with them? I am really happy that their price is in my budget, but part of me is concerned that I will be sacrificing quality.........

Re: Question about florist
i actually have a meeting with them on wed. i tried doing alot of searches and pretty much they got good reviews. nothing bad. im really not going to get crazy about flowers, i think its a waste of money and over priced. as long as they are alive and look pretty thats all i care about. im not doing real flower CP either. it depends really on how you feel.

Re: Question about florist
I used them for my wedding recently and were very pleased with them. I didn't have all calla bouquets, but all my bouquets did have calla lilies in them. They all came out beautiful and held up for days.

I agree. Flowers don't last (will be dead within a week anyway). Burtons had GREAT prices. One set price for any flower you like. I got a quote of under 2k for my BoK, MOH Bok, 3 BM BoK, 1 junior BoK, FG basket, 9 boutonnieres, 6 corsages, 15 CPs, a mantel arrangement and arrangements for a staircase. I thought the price was fantastic and then thought maybe it was too good to be true.

Re: Question about florist
They are known for there unbelivable prices. You should go with them if you are content. I have an appointment with them on Saturday. I am kind of excited I pretty much have the same amount of you except I only need 10 centerpieces.
You have fm

Re: Question about florist
I've heard nothing but great things about them. I bought my dress upstairs at Burtons and they were just terrific. Next venture after the photographer, is my flowers. And they are the only ones I really want to meet with lol

Thank you for posting your quote! I have EXACTLY the # of everything and had no idea what a decent quote would be! Are you having low or high CP's?

I am having low CPs, something like this, but with votives around it and scattered black magic roses petals:
I will also be with the burgundy/bourdoux colored mini callas
