Re: question about guest count
They do not count. Jt adds them on a separate line. If they are not house vendors they eat half price

I believe they wouldn't count in that case.

yes they can count them towards your headcount...if you are under your minimum and NEED to add more then yes they will, but if you meet your minimum then no they wont need to add them to your headcount. Its only if you need to

I think I remember something like that but that was the kids. In the case of the kids if they count toward your headcount they not half price (half price starts after your head count). So with the vendors if they are part of your count toward minimum you have to pay full price?

NO the vendors are still free or half price, they just use it towards your headcount to help you get closer to your minimum if you are under thats all. The whole thing is that if you are under lets say by 25 ppl then you are paying for 25 ppl no matter what. You pay whatever you guaranteed doesnt matter if less people come...now if youre under by lets say 10 ppl, and using the vendors towards your headcount gets you to your minimum then they will do that, this way youre not paying for 10 ppl that wont even be there. Whether or not you would include those vendors in your headcount you would be paying for 10ppl that wont be there.
And if you use vendors towards your headcount, if there is a non-house vendor then you dont even have to pay extra for the half price meal, you dont pay anything extra for any vendors at all
