How far in advance should you schedule a trial and should you schedule a trial with more than one hair or makeup person? I know most hair and makeup people that come to your house book up early. I'm a little confused about this process.

Re: Question about hair trials
You can book as early as you want. However, keep in mind that some hair and makeup artists don't book that early. For instance, Denise Venti and Jacqueline Nicole are not booking for 2006 yet (that's what they told me anyway).
The ones that did book early got my business. I had trials with 2 makeup artists (I booked Oksana) and one hair trial (hair genie).

Re: Question about hair trials
thanks. i wasn't sure if it was rude to book more than one hair/makeup trial. If you have the first trial and like it, should you cancel the second trial. Do you lose the stylist if you do not book that day?
