once in final edit stage there is still time to tweak things right...
Like I'd like to add please reserve rooms by July 27th. On my accomations card. It isn't on there at the moment. Should I email her now or wait to hear from her. I literally went into 'final edit' stage a few hours ago

e-mail her. she is soo quick.. i added the # of people attending to my response card right before i went into production
