I know this has been asked before but my bridal shower is this Sunday and we just got a honeymoon registry gift. I'm pretty sure she is attending (my cousin).
The message was basically congratulations, welcome to the family for FH and i know they are (her and her husband) not coming to the wedding. Should I wait to send thank you until AFTER the wedding? or consider it a shower gift and send thank you ASAP....
TIA

Re: Question about honeymoon registry thank yous
i would think if they are sending you a gift this early it is for the shower and i'd send them a thank you now.

That's what I thought too but her message was very 'wedding' related... so I just wanted to be sure.

Re: Question about honeymoon registry thank yous
That's tough. I got a gift from a cousin of DH's who didn't come to the shower. It was a honeyfund gift and I got it RIGHT after the shower, and it was a LOT less than we gave for their wedding, so my MIL and DH thought it was a shower gift. I knew it was a wedding gift, and yes, it turned out to be a wedding gift.
