Question about hormone levels...

OK...how long does it take for the hormones to increase in your body?

I'm asking because I have a hardly-able-to-see-it line on 2 HPTs and I think it is the evaporation line. I took the tests yesterday. Today is too soon to take it again, isn't it? When should I take another test?

Please help....I'm addicted to peeing on a stick!

Well, I know that the day before my AF was due my test was Negative - zippo, no line -
The day after I went right to a digital and got my Pregnant.
Are you holding your pee for the required 4 hours? I think that makes a BIG difference.

I was only able to wait about 3.5 hours last time (I tried...) I should probably wait til Fri to test again but I will try again tomorrow morning (because I can't wait )

Once the egg implants itself in the lining of your uterus your HCG levels should double about every 2 days.

Thank you - you know so much about all of this!! I will test again in the morning, I have to make sure I dont get my hopes up.

Its so hard to wait - but even if its negative tomorrow - it doesn't mean your not preggo!
Its so frustrating!!!! Believe me I know!!

Yeah..when you have been at this for two years unfortunatly the info just starts to accumulate in your brain. I keep myself happy about though because I love being able to have the answers for people on the board.
