Question about hotel blocks...

I went and did this yesterday, and she asked me what kind of rooms I wanted- one king bed with a pullout bed, or two double beds. I did half and half-is this ok?
When I told her I wasn't sure she said I should call all my out of town guests and ask them. Is this really necessary?

Sunny, think about the majority of who you are inviting - if it is all couples from out of town, they are likely to want king size beds.
If you have families with children or friends who might room up together, they'll want the 2 beds. Our kings went fast (but not as fast as non-smoking rooms).
