I'm getting phone calls from guests saying that there are no more rooms. Its a big hotel I don't understand how they don't have any more rooms available. I haven't had a chance to call them yet but I know there was a minimum of 15 rooms but is there a max?

mmm they didn't give me a max. Originally Tyleen (who no longer works there) told me that they start at 15 and then add them as you need them. However, if you sit around and wait for the first 15 peeps to book, there will be NO ROOMS left. ***. that *****! Maybe you can make another block at the Hilton Garden Inn. Its not too far away!

if need be i made a block at the hilton garden inn a long time ago, but the rate was higher

I did the same thing! I blocked both, but Hilton was $10-20 more, so I am only including the invite insert for LaQuinta. LQ told me $149 for regular guest rooms. Is that what they quoted you guys?

I actually did set up a block at the Hilton just in case. I am going to call la quinta after my fitting. Fmil is being very dramatic about this

I think you have to call. I went there in person when I was in NY and the lady at the front desk was able to tell me (but it was just me and FH at that point).
Are any of guys staying there in the Bridal Suite? I booked it but havent seen it. Just wondering how it looks since I'll be taking my 'getting ready' pics there!

I know for my date there are no more rooms available..only the 30 we blocked off. However, after one month before anyone from any wedding you hasnt booked is released. So you can always hope the other blocked rooms dont book
