Something I dont understand....they charge what they charge, and then they say plus 20% gratuity.....where I come from gratuity means TIP so does that mean the day of the wedding I dont tip them?
Why should I pay the gratuity charge before I get the service?
Can someone explain this to me? Thanks!

Re: Question about limos/gratuity....
This is even better. When I spoke with one limo company they told me it was $$$ + 15% gratuity and I said so the tip is included (?) and I don't need to tip the driver? The rep told me that it is generally expected that you tip the driver more the day of. What is that about?!?!

THey do it that way so that on the day it is one less thing to worry about, you do not have to be bothered with the money. Convenience mostly.

But then they can get away with doing a crappy job or being rude or whatever and what do they care - they have been 'tipped' already. No incentive to do a good job!

Re: Question about limos/gratuity....
I asked about that too. It's thier way of making sure the driver gets a tip. I will not be tipping the limo driver that night since the 20% gratuity is included.
