if the hall has a 110 person minimum, and you want to have around 120 at the wedding and reception, how many do you invite? I know there is some percentage that usually decline, just trying to make sure we dont go overboard and/or underestimate attendance so we can make the minimum when we book a hall.

Re: question about making minimums for halls
I was told to expect 15-20% to respond no. So, I would invite 140-150 people if I were you.

Probably around 150 in order to make your minimum.

Re: question about making minimums for halls
I would say invite around 150---and then have a backup list of people to invite if you don't meet your minimum
