What is the purpose or reason behind parents leaving their children at Michael Jackson's house? Alone? For weeks? (As an article I am reading on CNN stated.)

The parents are idiots. Jackson probably paid them to rent the kids for weeks at a time.
The whole scenerio makes me sick!

Personally, I wouldn't leave my child at any non-family member's house for an extended period of time. The fact that MJ is a freak of nature is just more of a reason not to.
