How far in advance should you order bridesmaids dresses? When is the latest you should order before your wedding?

It usually takes 4 months to come in and I would leave 2 months for alterations (they take a max of 1 month, but add in 1 month for procrastination).
I would try to order them no less than 6 months in advance. This leaves a little wiggle room.

I'm getting mine ordered by June 1st. I'm ordering from RK Bridal so they come in within 12 weeks sometimes sooner.

My place said to order around April or May to leave time for alterations and I'm the same date as you. I would tell the girls April though to give a little leeway.

they say 3-4 months prior.
We ordered the BM Dresses the second week in Dec and dont ask me how but i just got the call yesterday that they are in already.
