Question about ordering wedding dress....

Hi ladies!!

Well I am heading to Lillette's tomorrow with my Mom, Maid of honor and friends to decide on which wedding dress to buy....I have 5 faves to decide from to order and mom is helping make my decision...I can't wait!!

My question is should I rush the order or do you think 7-8 months is enough for the dress to come in and get alterations?

They'll tell you when you go tomorrow if you'll need to rush it or not. Depending on the designer, 7-8 months should be more than enough. Lillette's won't do your first fitting until 6 weeks prior.

My designer can take 9-10 months to come in, so I rushed the order (even though I ordered in June). I wanted my gown in March instead of April just in case there's anything wrong with it.

Also, if you do rush order, there's no extra charge. They just ask that you pay your balance upon arrival of the gown and not pick up.

Of course I will take pics!!! I kind of have a feeling which one it will be, but my mom will give me the thumbs up or down. I can't wait...yippie!!
