question about parents gifts?

I should know this, but I was wondering when are you giving your parents a gift, if you are. Is this usually done right before the wedding or after the honeymoon?

No gift for our parents. We purchased the gown and tux for my FH's parents and will be giving them photos after the wedding.

We're giving the parents small gifts at the RD, but I'm planning to bring my mom something nice back from Hawaii. (she was an enormous help with all the planning)
