Question about Photo programs

I have seen some people on here post photo cards that they made up and printed up themselves or ordered them online. As well I know of people who have done their own Photo Xmas cards, or ordered them online.

WHERE ONLINE can I get these????? When I do my engagement shoot, I want to make up photo STDs, but not sure where online I can do it? Or what program I can buy to do it myself.

Thanks!
