Question about pics between church and CH

When are you taking pics with your family if you have a long gap between church and CH? Problem is my family has to host OOT.

We are taking pictures with the family either right after church in the courtyard (if weather permits) or at the hall right before the cocktail hour. We told our families to get to the CH 15 minutes early.

Our ceremony began at 3pm and ended at 4:00 ish and then we went with BP to Northport to take pics. I TOLD my parents and in-laws (who were hosting OOT guests at their house) to be at the Sheraton at 6pm SHARP for family pictures. My CH began at 7pm so it worked out really well. We were finished by 6:45pm

We have a lot of time in between, but FIL's will be hosting OOT people as well. We'll take our pics & bp pics & then at cocktail hour take family pics.

We are doing family pictures after the ceremony at Mill Pond and then again at the reception hall. My parents wanted to be involved in all of that instead of taking care of OOT guests. So the OOT guests are on their own, unless they want to come.
