Question about popular unity candle vendor on Etsy

So I have been dealing with wrethartist for my unity candle for the past 19 days and feel like the candle is not near being shipped. I saw a thread with great reviews so I don't know if anyone else is having or had the same experience.

How long did it take to get your proof, and how long did it take before your candle was shipped out?

I started speaking with her before july 4th weekend, and have the proof the tuesday after, and I just got the proof 2 days ago. I have asked her about the color ribbon 2 days ago and still waiting for a response, not to mention I asked her the same question two other times in previous messages and still waiting for the answer. She sometimes takes awhile to answer back. Has any one else experience any of this or is it just me?

She was fantastic when I used her...I had no issues at all. Mabey she is just super busy or something! The candle is worth the wait though!

I wouldn't worry, I'm an Etsy vendor too and it's hard sometimes... as a customer you expect the same timelines of service you'd get from a 'real' company, but as a vendor if you have a full-time job / kids / etc., you can't always respond as quickly as you would like to

I'm not nearly as busy as she is and it still ends up being 20-30 hrs of work a week on top of reg. job and wedding planning... her products are awesome though so I'm sure you'll be happy with the end result

Orders are completed in the order they are PLACED, not by Wedding Date. So place your order early if having a all or 2012 wedding.

When possible I try to ship faster than dates shown and normally do. But keep in mind each order is different. Occassionally I will stop listing new items or shorten the offering list during extremely busy periods. That is alway temporary and designed to allow me to concentrate on current orders. PLEASE DO NOT HESITATE TO CONTACT ME AT ANY TIME. I always answer my convo's, if it has been a couple of days please reconvo me. I get 75-100 convo's per day and am the only person doing it all.

Proof is provided within 3-5 days of purchase IF all information is provided by convo when purchased and paid for. Shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail. Once I hand it off to the post office I can't tell you exactly when you will get but you will receive the shipping confirmation number by email from paypal in order to track it.

Each set is HANDMADE with love and the attention to detail that comes with loving what you do. Make sure to check your CONVO's as I do NOT use email, but will CONVO your proof and questions.
