Deacon - 1st step in the 3 levels of Holy Orders (Deacon, Priest, Bishop) A Deacon can be married.

Reverend - traditionally refers to a Protestant Minister. When used referring to a Catholic Priest - it is a written thing. For example, orally you would say Father John, when writing, you would use Reverend John.

Monsignor - (means my Lord) Honorary title given to a Priest by a Bishop, as a recognition.

HTH

ETA: A Deacon can be ordained even if he is married. After he is ordained, he cannot be married after that, for example if his first wife were to die, he would not be allowed to get married again.
