Is anyone doing a rehearsal on their own? We are not going to be able to do a rehearsal at our reception hall and still wanted to have one the night before on our own. If so, where are you doing it and how do you know what to do? I wouldn't be able to tell everyone what to do b/c I don't even know what to do!

Re: Question about Rehearsal
I am going to get a detailed list of the ceremony from my officiant. Then, we are having a rehearsal dinner two days before the wedding with all the 'players'. I going to give everybody a copy with instructions as to who they follow and what they do. I am hoping that covers it!

Re: Jenny
We're going to have a dinner in NYC - I am just going to do some type of walk through there!
We are doing it all ourselves...even writing and having a friend perform it...
We are having a run through in order 2 nights before (not at the hall , but FH's aunt's house) and then the hall said they will take care of everything...I will just give them the plan and they will do the setting up...the way they put it (and it put me at ease) this is what they do...don't worry

price range?
Just wondering what you guys are spending on average, I want to know what I should budget for the rehearsal dinner. Im having 14 in the bridal party not including the rb and fgs, and 2 readers plus family. I have no clue

Re: price range?
I got really lucky. My FMIL is treating. We are doing it in Manhattan though so it's probably quite a bit....
