Is the best man responsible for them on the day of the wedding? I never know these things. We have two best men...and three rings.

Usually, yes. You put fake rings on the ring bearer pillow and the best man holds on to the real rings.
Out of curiosity, why do you have 3 rings???

I have two...hehe. I wanted something simple...and the jeweler offered me 2 for less than the price of FH's 1. I will wear 1 below my e-ring and 1 above it. I love the way it looks!
