Did anyone hear that we now have to pay the balance two weeks prior to the wedding as opposed to the day of?

And there was no problem paying the day of?
We went to see them a few weeks ago when I was second guessing my choices and Manny mentioned it. FH is not too happy with the idea of paying the balance BEFORE the wedding. Neither am I.

Re: Question about Royalty Limo
We had to pay 2 weeks prior as well.....Manny told us what happened - someone supposedly skipped on paying so that person ruined it for the rest of us.

Re: Question about Royalty Limo
A couple of limo companies told me that, for the same reason Heather said- too many people screwed them out of $ the day of.

Yeah - I can see that happening. I guess I'll get ready to pay in September...but can I hold a portion of the gratuity or something...I'm just afraid the reverse is going to happen to me. They will have the money but what if they don't show up? I know they are very reputable but I get so nervous.

Re: Question about Royalty Limo
i just used them and I know my DH paid the day of. while we are talking royalty, you might want to bring up the beverages. I am going to put this in my reivew but they had generic sodas, no beer and the 'stocked'would not describe the liquo, water etc. I may call to complain...i will have to look at the contract again. But I'm sorry if you are paying $$$$ for their service the least they could give you is 'Coca-Cola' or 'Pepsi'!

Re: Question about Royalty Limo
when we went in a few weeks ago (possibly going to add a limo) they did say that that is the new policy. I really dont have a problem with it, one less thing for me to worry about!

Re: Question about Royalty Limo
I think you had a good idea Ang... give them the money, but HOLD the 20% grat. for Day-of... this way, they'll still want to get the rest of the $ and this will motivate the driver to Be on time!

Re: Question about Royalty Limo
When I booked with them a few months ago this was in the contract and Manny told us that before we signed. Definitely check the contract since you might have signed when it was still due the day of.
