ok.. so i'm doing my seating chart.. (as best i can with 18 ppl still in limbo) and i have a lot of tables that come in under 10 per table ( Chateau Briand told me 10-12 at each) .. do you think it'll be a huge problem. I dont have too many other ppl to add to these tables. I think they are mostly tables of 10 or 11.. but 3 tables i think i have 8 ppl and 1 has 7.. will that look really bad??? i'm so confused..lol TIA ladies!!!!

i dont see that as a problem- i have 14 people still floating around and a couple tables with only 8 and then two tables with 12 i still lhave to sit down with and figure it out again!!! glad i still have a month left!!

i think it will be fine. not everyone will always be sitting in their seats. people move around and talk and dance so it wont be noticeable.

our tables range from 7-12 per table...it was the only way it worked...i wouldn't worry!!!

It will work out. I had a table or two with 8. CB sets is up so that there as less chairs so the table looks full anyway. It just has more space for the guest.

Just call your BM and ask. I had tables that ranged from 8 to 12 and I don't think anyone noticed.

I have to hand in my seating chart on the 21st and I was just about the post the same question. I have no other way to arrange it without people sitting with strangers so im just going to leave it. A few have 8 per table and most are 10-12.

I tried to keep as few as possible at any given table. A table for 10-12 will be comfortable for 8, and not really as comfortable as you think for 12.
Unless you have 12 supermodels at a table. Then it's all good.

we are in saturnia.. so since its a smaller room i figured it would be ok.. i just didnt want people to think they were just stuck at a table feeling like outcasts..lol. but the groups of 8 are really groups of like 15 or 16 that i had to split down the middle.. so they all know eachother..

Make your tables, the way you want them ! We had one table with 7 people and another with 14. Everyone was happy and had a great time. People will mingle.
