Question about seller's atty at closing

Question about seller's atty at closing

The seller's atty has never returned our atty's phone calls or the real estate agent's calls. In fact, we met with the seller's directly recently and they haven't even heard from their atty. I know he's around and has been at his office but just never returns calls. We are supposed to close next week. What happens if he doesn't show up to closing? He is aware of the closing date and time b/c our atty has left messages, faxed and mailed a letter. I'm starting to panic!

A lot of attys dont go to closing but send someone to close the deal for them. Have you been able to reach anyone in their office? How about go there in person?
