So my mom agreed to tell me the date of my shower....the only thing is that I'm mailing my wedding invites like 7 days before my shower. Is that OK? the shower will be exactly 2 months before my wedding but since my wedding is Columbus Day weekend, i wanted to send the invites a little earlier...what do you girls think? TIA!

I know several girls who mailed their invites out before their shower. Some people don't have their shower until the month before the wedding so it is perfectly fine!

only problem with that is I already had the RSVP's made and it wont be enough time for them to RSVP if i send them out a week later...

Everyone should have rsvped for the shower by then. It should be ok.
But some people may say 'Oh wedding invitation already...we didnt even go to the shower yet?!?!' JMO.

thats how i feel also...but is it worth all the trouble to have my RSVP's re-printed? It will be like $150!! I just dont know if its worth it.

Just mail the shower invites out earlier than you wanted to, so that there will be more time in between the arrival of both.
