For those who are having shuttles for guests, what time are you scheduling them for (before and after)? And how many trips or vans are you booking?
20 rooms on our hotel block are already booked... didn't even send out invitations yet. Our invite reads for 7pm... ceremony is promptly at 7:30pm.

Ours runs for 2 hours before and 2 hours after.

they told us 2 hrs before and 2 hours after also..
but i dont really like that....because i dont want guests arriving to our RH 2 hours before the wedding....we will still be getting ready and taking pics...i dont want ppl lingering around there for so long
not sure what we should do

Ours runs from 6-1:130 (7-12 party). We have the driver and the shuttle for the entire night so if someone doesn't feel good or whatever the hall just has to call the hotel and they'll send the shuttle over.
Oh yeah.. my hotel is also 5 min away from the RH so maybe that makes a difference.

Are you having a shuttle from a company or the hotel?
For example, my hotel will do only one pick-up and drop-off. BUT, they have enough transportation to pickup everyone at one time.

Wow that is cool... I wish the hotel we booked offered a shuttle. If I pay for this... sounds like it will be expensive though.

This is how FH and I feel. We're only getting there after OWG around 5:30 - 6:00. We want to take pics on the grounds and guests should arrive around 7. Wanted to see what everyone else has.

We haven't booked shuttles yet...and our hotel is only about 5 minutes away from the RH...our wedding is 6:30-1:00 so I think maybe we will have them run from 5:45-1:45...I don't want people getting there super early and I don't want people lignering around forever afterwards, b/c I don't want the RH to get annoyed

I just don't want to spend $1100 on a coach bus but I think I will have to b/c we have too many people!
