question about slipper baskets

I found these flip flops on ***********.com.....
they r only $75 for a case of 100 in assorted colors. I really thought they were cute but my mom brought up the question of what if youre wearing stockings......being the wedding is in may i figured most wouldnt but my mom said all the older people will because it holds them in.

I really like these but would i be better off spending more money for the chinese slippers that dont have the thing btwn the toe????

I love those and I think it May most people won't have stockings on. So IMO, I would say go for it.

I agree....I think most people are not going to be wearing stockings...and I think the flip flops are actually really cute for the price.

I agree with PP ... and i also want to add i am bit jealous
i liked them when i saw the picture and price but now i realize since my wedding is in january most everyone will be wearing stockings

I know its too late haha but if you think about it, anyone wearing flip flops are going to be the ones dancing. The 'older generation' typically arent the dancing type so you wouldnt need to have flip flops for them!

thanks for the advice...i think i might buy a few slippers and throw them in the basket too just in case
