so I'm almost ready to send out my std's!!!!! lol we almost have all of the addresses! thankgod!!!
My question is do i put my registry info and hotel block info with it? I was thinking of having this done on business cards or something..is this the proper thing to do? and where do you find wedding style business cards for this?tia

You can design any buss card at Staples and Vistaprint is really good and cheap too. I would just send my guest the STD and nothing else with it.

do you have your wedding website on the STD? If you have your registry info on your wedding website people can just go there to get the info. That's what we're doing, we didn't want to include registry cards with the STD

I just looked in your album and saw your STD and noticed there was no website. We're including an extra piece in the STD that lets the guests know about hotel information. On the bottom of it we are putting for further information please visit (link to our wedding website). You can do that instead too.

We included just our hotel info and included direction cards from the hotel provided to us. Our wedding website was listed on the STD- and registry info (if someone wanted) and additional info is listed on there....

We made up little cards for free at vista print. They have business cards (you can clear the template and type in your own info) and you only have to pay for the shipping. We made one for each hotel that we blocked. As for the registry....We didnt include that but only bc we're going to include it with the bridal shower invites. HTH's If you have any questions- FM me!

Your BP/mom should send out your registry info with your shower invitations.

I would NOT put your registry info. That is a no no in wedding ettiquette. But I did send out hotel info with mine

Ok now we are sending out our std as well. We have not booked rooms but we want our guest to know that EW has rooms as well as a hotel that is near the EW. So I want to send this information out with the STD and not my formal invitiate.

SOOOOOOOOo ladies same question. Would I send a whole separate sheet out with the STD? What should its say on it? TIA

What I did with my std was put it on these blue post card type things from target that came with matching envelopes, and put one sticky dot on the magnet and put it on the post card, and FH typed up all the OOT info, and our website.. I think your only supposed to put the registrys for the shower!

def put hotel info in for the OOT guests, but skip putting the registry info. u should include registry info in your shower invites, or spread by word of mouth.
