Does anyone elses vacuum STINK when they run it???
UGH!!!
I just vacuumed and it was horrible!! Smells like old rotten cheese!!

Mine stinks when the vacuum bag is too full and needs to be replaced. Could that be it?

some stores sell this tab that you can put in the vacuum bag. FI got it and the vacuum doesnt smell.

first try changing the bag.....if that doesnt help...then get some of that carpet fresh stuff, put it on your carpets then vaccummn.
You can also throw old potporri on the floor and vaccumn up...that will keep your bad smelling fresh!!

if you have a bagless take the cup and wash w/ soap and water.............sometimes when you vaccuum up something bad, whether food/vomit, etc..... it smells in there for a while I know I know, you cant vaccum vomit but when you have dogs they sell these granules to put over it and then you vacuum up the granules and it can smell

Thanks girls. I'll try some of these! I don't think it's the bag, though, because I just changed it.
The only thing I vacuum up that might be causing it is dog hair. Not sure that would do it, but you never know!!

Stuff gets inside your vacuum and burns.. other such things as foods rot in there too. There should be a filter (not the bag) you can have cleaned. It's icky, but common.
I personally LOVE the Rainbow, just can't afford one. hehe.
