Am I supposed to call them for the final meeting?? I spoke to the Limo company and they told me to call them a month before to go over everything. Should I do this w/ all my vendors?? I thought the florist, band, photographer would all be in touch w/ me??

Depends on the vendor. Some of them will call you, others you'll have to call. Just as long as you meet/talk a few weeks prior you'll be fine!!

I got in touch with all my vendors about 2 months before just to make sure everyone still had my date in their books! This isn't what I said though- I called and asked if there was anything they needed from me at that time. Most said no, but they would be contacting me soon, and thats what happened.
