I LOVE this dress that I saw at Tri-County. BUT, I don't know the designer and I'm hesitant about getting it there cuz the women is a big B. (Not Barron's). She carry's stuff by Tip Top but I went on their website and this isn't there.
Anyone know who makes this or ever saw something similar?
not sure but I know the exact woman your talken about.I fell inlove with a flower girl dress I saw there and the lady was so rude and didnt know anything. she told me to ask the guy over there at Barrons.. He was great.. the dress was soo cute too.. not sure the designers though :(

I ordered a similar dress from mygirldress.com. Super cheap, fast shipping, and good quality! The girls are very young, so we didn't want to spend too much on them.

Hahaha, that woman is where we bought our FG dress. Guess she was nice to my mom because she's half Chinese
