hey girls...you know how RH have gratuity included in price, what about photographers, dj and florists?? how do we tip them?

I know that RH include the gratutities in the price but most RH's don't include the gratuities for the maitre' D -- my RH expects us to tip $5 per person for the maitre' D -- some places expect between $3-$5 on top of what you're already paying per person

We were told the same thing ... I guess thats the average?

we were told $3-$4 per person for MD at RH...for everyone else, i think that its based on service, price etc.
