Has anyone asked their RH to specifically pull items with tomatoes in them from the menu? I have a few cocktail hour options that contain fresh tomatoes and my RH said they are still serving them. Should I be concerned?

I haven't but then again my wedding is 3 months away and I am hoping this mess is all cleared up by then. Ibought tomatoes yesterday and then get home to find out the out break has entered into Central Ohio, i am in NE Ohio. Can you say I simply threw them out?

WOW really nasty arent we. Sorry that since ive been back from my honeymoon i had alot of running around to do with our mortgage, changing name and setting up everything for us now and moving dh's things, and only the past 2 days actually have been home, well mostly yesterday was the one day i got to stay home and not have something to do...havent watched tv or anything. You could just say it instead of nasty remarks. I have no idea whats going on with alot of things the last few weeks

Denise you poor thing... Life is hectic huh? Samonela outbreak all over with fresh tomatoes. I am not sure what states are all involved but I guess it is pretty much everywhere.

I was concerned b/c My RH said 'as long as the FDA does not ban the consumptio of tomatoes, we will still serve them' Hello??? Do you want everyone getting sick after cocktail hour???

Well I think for most its hectic right before the wedding and then when you come back theres still a bunch of things to do. Dh mentioned something the other day and I had no clue about it and he said 'wow you really dont know whats been going on the past month or so haha' its true though, and i went from someone who would tell DH everyday about things going on to not knowing whats going on in the world haha. But thank you for just saying it, i should at least turn a tv on![]()
