The guys are wearing tuxes with vests.. do the vests match my girls (who are wearing euro taupe and champagne ) - so maybe vests in either of those?
what color are their ties??
Who does FH match? Does he wear a white shirt regardless of the fact that I'm wearing ivory?

The place that you get the tuxes from should be able to help with this. Mine did.
The groom wears one color. usually white shirt white vest white tie or something like that.
The groomsmen match the girls, they can have a silver or grey or black vest and the tie and hankerchief match the girls color.
The fathers and grandfathers wear a darker color. My dad and grandfather are wearing a charcoal color vest and tie.
Hope this helps but I would ask the people at the tux rental place to help you make the final decision.

Also, we have 2 ushers and they will be wearing tuxes that match the GMs. I didn't like this- I thought they should match the FOG/FOB, but FH liked the idea of them matching the GMs so I let it go. HTH!

yup, the dads and grandpas in mine are wearing black tie and vest and FH is in a white vest and tie.

My FH is matching me with ivory The Groomsmen are matching the BM's color The Father of the Groom is in Silver so he is different and will match the my FMIL

my FH is wearing white. the GMs vests and ties (they come together) match the BMs.
FFIL is wearing silver to match FMIL and my dad is wearing chocolate to match my mom

Truthfully nobody needs to match anyone else, so long as each is wearing appropriate black tie.
However, I can see the value in the groomsmen matching at the very least.
If you are going to do vests, don't do the high six-button vests, as those are meant for 3-piece business suits. Have them wear the three-button low-cut vests. Those are the only vests appropriate for black tie.
DO NOT have vests and ties match the girls. It is not appropriate for black tie and, to be honest, will look very dated in the future. Have the vests and ties be black. The ties should be black self-tie bowties, in a material that matches the lapel facing of the tuxedo (satin or grosgrain).
The jacket should be one-button, with either peak or shawl lapels.
