Question about Undergarments

you get fitted for undergarments? honestly i only wore boy shorts and didnt even wear a bra since they had fitted the top so tightly that during my last fitting when i tried it with a bra it was too tight on top and the seamstress told me i dont even need one.

you usually bring your undergarments to your dress fittings though. To bring your dress would be a pain

I was going to get a specially made bra to make sure 'the girls' are in place and well behaved all evening.

My dress is a halter with a sweetheart top and I don't want the undergarments to peek through. I am just wondering if I should bring my dress or if they are all standard.

i brought a pic of the front and back of my dress (pic of it on me) to Blums so they could see how the top of the dress fell on me and recommend the right bra, etc.. I wouldn't bring the dress..

bring a pic of your dress and tell them exactly how it is. DO you have your dress already to bring it? just asking bc i didnt get my dress until the day before the wedding and probably wouldnt have been able to do this since they were doing alterations. I say get the bra and bring that to your fittings

I haven't had my first fitting yet. I wanted to get the undergarments first.

I can get the dress from the store--that's not a problem. It's like you said earlier, brining the dress to the undergarment place is going to be a pain and nerve-racking...

I think I will just take a pic of me in it at the store and take those pics to the undergarment place. It is easier and they can get the idea and then take the undergarments to the fittings. Thanks!
