Question about Veil

This maybe be a stupid question...If you wear your veil in the back can you not have a blusher over your face for the ceremony?

I am having mine made. I will wear my hair up and want to wear my veil (in the back under hair) the whole night BUT I also want the high effect (veil flipped over head) for the ceremony. She is making it so I can have the blusher and big veil for the ceremony and then have just the back veil for the whole night
