question about vendors

Different reasons for different vendors. Some vendors requested their name starred, other vendors violated LIW's Terms of Service...or there were just past problems. Just because a vendor is 'forbidden' to mention doesn't necessarily mean they are bad, or there has been a problem, only in some situations.
