ok so i pick up my video from ray (timeless treasures) on tuesday. am i supposed to tip him? he owns the company so i wasn't sure if im supposed to tip. if so how much?

No, I wouldn't. You paid for the service for him to prepare your video.
However, i would have tipped on the day of the wedding.

No, I don't think you need to tip him, I agree the day of your wedding is a nice gesture, but he's just completing the job he's supposed to do.
