I totally forgot all about this until just now when i read Mitchy2009's question about the corset ....
When I had my first dress fitting, i felt like it was really hard to breathe ... i'm not entirely sure if it was nerves or too tight though ... did anyone else have breathing issues?

YES!!!!! I do! The Seamstress told me that that is how it is supposed to fit, I can breathe but it feels soooooooo tight.

Re: question about wearing your dress...
YES! I ordered the same size as the sample which fit me perfectly! When mine came in it felt much tighter she said bc girls of all sizes had tried the sample on and with time it stretched... wish I had known that before I had ordered mine.
Anyway, my gown fit but it was difficult to breathe. I am going to have it very ****** in and tight for the ceremony and pics and if I have to loosen the corset a little for comfort at the reception I will.

Re: question about wearing your dress...
When I was trying dresses on with a long line bra I couldn't breathe. That is why I decided to go with the cups. When I had my fitting the dress was huge!!! I told her to make it 'so tight I can't breathe' because she told me it will loosen up to 1/2 inch throughout the day. HTH

Mine is mermaid style too...I am anticipating I am going to have a problem that day with my stomach bothering me....
Keeping my fingers crossed that I can make it thru the day without passing out!

Re: question about wearing your dress...
Mine was so tight that I couldn't take deep breathes. I had to take short little breathes all day! I was so relieved when I took it off. Then my ribs hurt for a few days afterwards. It was worth it!

Re: question about wearing your dress...
When my dress came in it fit on top perfectly! Once I put the cups in it got a little tight and yes.. at times felt too tight but i'm sure it'll be fine. (hopefully)
